Starzz Diamonds offers the following Returns Policy:

Satisfaction Guaranteed. Item must be returned within 7 days of being received. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Upon verification, refund will be sent. Shipping and Insurance costs are not refundable. Any Shipping/Insurance costs that occur from returned shipments due to the buyers fault such as, but not limited to, wrong shipping address, or unavailability of recipient will be at the expense of the buyer.

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover cards and Google Checkout payments. We also accept Money Orders. Please choose your payment option on our secure checkout page.

Shipping Details

All payments must be made within 7 days of end of auction. For money orders, please contact us by email for further payment details. Shipping is $5.49 with the US Postal Service Priority Mail . Optional insurance is $1.50. Insurance is optional but is recommended as we will not be responsible for un-insured items. Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of payment clearing.
